How to set an online appt:
1. Select Location.

2. Select the type of appointment.

3. Next, find a Date & Time that works for you.

4. Follow the TimeDriver instructions (they will not sell your info)

5. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours confirming the date and time for your appointment.

6. Complete paperwork before first appointment:
